Trish and her team consistently rank among the top 10 Clark County real estate professionals. In 2012, Trish was recognized by the Wall Street Journal for being No. 6 in overall real estate sales nationwide. The Trish Nash Team specializes in representing buyers and sellers in the most exclusive residential communities in Henderson, Nevada.
Michael Hiltz, Managing Broker
Michael Hiltz is the Managing Broker and is a Founder / Owner of Signature Gallery of Homes. Michael leads the Commercial Division specializing in Commercial Sales, Leasing and Tenant Representation. In his management role, Michael mentors and coaches new and seasoned agents in commercial and residential sales. Michael has over 40 years experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Sales, Leasing and Development. Michael is a member of the Issues Mobilization Political Action Committee (IMPAC) for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.
Victoria Guanci, Sales Manager
Victoria is a seasoned business partner with years of growth and development that includes a wide range of skills in leadership and management. As Sales Manager for the buyers’ agent, Victoria is a team leader who has a great respect and understanding of the importance of relationship building, team dynamics, and providing superior customer service to clients, customers, and coworkers. Leading by example is her motto.
Heather George, Listing Partner
Heather brings her clients a wealth of knowledge and security. In addition to her 10 years of real estate experience, Heather has a degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Education. Her goal is to educate clients on the real estate market whether it be buying or selling your home. Heather wants her clients to be 100% satisfied that they are making the best decision during the process and is strictly there for each client for guidance.
Mason Pollack, Sales Partner

Jeanne Frederick, Sales Partner
Jeanne, a native of Chicago, Illinois, relocated to Las Vegas in 2004 and brings over a decade of sales experience to the Trish Nash Team. Her extensive background lends itself to cultivating relationships and identifying the unique needs of her clients.
She is passionate about providing excellent customer service and works effectively with clients across diverse backgrounds and financial means.
Jeanne previously led the fundraising efforts of high-profile non-profit organizations around the valley, such as Make-A-Wish of Southern Nevada and Nevada Ballet Theatre.
She is available to assist clients in all situations throughout the Las Vegas Valley, ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned homeowners seeking their dream home.
Sean Gotcher, Sales Partner
A Texas native, Sean studied Business Real Estate on a full scholarship at the University of Nevada before relocating to California. To pave the way for a career in luxury real estate, Sean decided to take an executive assistant role for a top-producing agent. This enabled him to develop his skill set and build confidence. Sean then became a buyers agent focusing on remodels, redevelopment and new construction. Ask Sean what he considers to be the most enjoyable part of being an agent and he would reply, “the process of looking for the right home for a client”. For Sean, finding the perfect home for a client goes well beyond brick and mortar; it’s about finding that one special place that will harbor all the amazing memories to come.

While working her way through college in the food and beverage industry, she developed a passion for sales.

Determined to find “water in the deserts of Nevada” she fell in love with her new home in Lake Las Vegas and that passion has inspired her to help others make this area their home.
